I coach seasoned athletes, beginners, and non-athletes to improve flexibility and range of motion through various forms of movement including active isolated stretching (AIS).  CoachUFit22 can help you increase flexibility, body firmness, and muscle tone, while lowering blood pressure, burning calories, increasing metabolism, and losing weight in the process, or adding weight if that is the goal.
